5 Years of missing you!

Well its hard to believe you have been gone for 5 years now Mom. Lots has changed and lots has remained the same. I am still helping every year with the Central Alberta and Red Deer Walk to raise money to combat this horrific disease. I know you watch over us from where you are now ... at times laughing , at times shaking your head and at the odd time very proud as well. We are as you helped to make us, imperfect beings striving always to be better!
Love you always ... miss you every day!

I just wanted to say to anyone who drops by that we are looking for volunteers for walk day.

This was many years ago in the early 1980s. It does not show how beautiful Mom was, but it does show what a happy person she was. The colour had melded over time. I still like this pictue because it shows a Mom and daughter who love each other very much and who are happy to be in each others company.
